Online Morning Practice
Regular practice sessions for past and current attendees of courses and events with us, along with the wider Triratna Community

Online Guided Meditation
For those who would like to meditate with others, Mahasraddha offers a lightly guided meditation on Zoom (online) on Tuesday and Thursday mornings, starting at 8am.
Everyone who has attended (or is attending) either a course or day retreat with us is welcome.
These guided sessions online can be a good support to building an effective and regular meditation practice in your life, and Mahasraddha leads both the Mindfulness of Breathing meditation and the Metta Bhavana (loving kindness) meditations, roughly alternately.
Email us for the joining link, if you don't already have it (it will have been in your original course or event joining info).

Morning Puja
The Morning Puja beautifully condenses the essentials of why we make the effort to practice the Dharma.
It takes about ten minutes, and is followed by an open sit of one's own choice, for those who can stay on. We end with the verses again and close the Zoom at 8.45am. Feel free to leave as and when you need to.
Open to everyone who has attended (or is attending) either a course or day retreat with us is welcome.
